Shipping Schedule

To guarantee the freshness and vitality of your plants we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This schedule helps ensure that your plants spend as little time in transit as possible by avoiding weekend holdups.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 11:59 PM (AEST) on Sunday will be shipped out on Monday or Tuesday of the same week.
Order Placement After Cut-Off: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following week.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and anticipate its arrival.

Shipping Costs: We offer flat rate shipping of $16 per order.
Delivery Times: While we strive for timely delivery, please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Most deliveries are completed within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
