Returns for Genuine Issues
We accept returns only for plants that arrive dead, dying, damaged, or incorrect.
To submit a claim:
Report within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
Assessment & Resolution
Once we review your claim, we will offer one of the following where applicable:
Replacement
Refund
Store credit
The resolution provided will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect selection by the customer
Minor cosmetic imperfections
Natural variations in live plants (size, colour, growth patterns)
Damage caused after delivery
Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item).
Important Notes
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds/replacements apply only to eligible defective or damaged plants
