Returns & Refund Policy

At Plant Haven Nursery, we take great care to ensure that every plant we send is healthy and well packaged. Plants are living and highly perishable products, so our returns process differs from standard retail goods.

Returns

Because plants are perishable and would almost certainly not survive return shipping, we do not require customers to return plants to us.

In most cases, returning plants would result in them arriving dead or unusable. Instead, we assess claims using photographs and order details.

Refunds and Replacements

We will happily offer a refund or replacement if:

-You received the wrong plant.

-The plant arrives dead or dying.

-The plant arrives significantly damaged during shipping.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

-A replacement plant, or

-A full or partial refund to the original payment method.

Reporting a Problem

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the problem quickly.

Please include:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-Clear photos of the plant and packaging

Photos allow us to assess the issue and improve our packaging and shipping processes.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Situations Not Covered

Refunds or replacements may not be provided for:

-Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery

-Damage caused by improper planting, watering, or plant care after arrival

-Damage caused by extreme weather, pests, or environmental conditions after delivery

-Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the health or viability of the plant

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
