Thank you for choosing Plant Haven Nursery! We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality plants and exceptional customer service. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, please review our refund policy below.

Genuine Problem Returns

We strive to deliver healthy and thriving plants to your doorstep. However, if you encounter a genuine issue with your order, such as plants arriving dead or dying, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@planthavennursery.com.au or 0418935024.  Provide your order number and detailed photos of the affected plants.
  2. Assessment: We will assess the photos and information you provide to determine the best course of action.
  3. Return: If your refund is approved we will request that you return plants to us within 14 days. We will provide you with a return postage label.  Refunds are processed within 2 business days.  They may take longer to clear into your account. 
  4. Resolution: If your plants are found to be dead or dying upon receipt, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, based on your preference and availability.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchases

We understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart or make an incorrect purchase. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these reasons. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Additional Information

  • All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds and replacements are only issued for plants that are dead or dying upon receipt and not for minor cosmetic issues.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
