We do not ship to other states or territories at this time.

Our business operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Sydney time (AEST/AEDT)  .

Handling Time

Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are processed, packed, and prepared within this timeframe before dispatch.

Dispatch Schedule

While our business operates Monday to Friday, we dispatch plant orders on Monday and Tuesday only.

This schedule ensures plants are not held in transit over the weekend and helps reduce stress or damage during delivery.

Estimated transit time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch.

If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the plants and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, extreme weather, or incorrect shipping details are outside our control. However, we will assist where possible.

Weather Conditions

Extreme heat, storms, or other severe weather events may impact dispatch or delivery times. If significant delays occur, we will notify affected customers via email.
